About
Hello my loves. My name is Sarah and I am a recent graduate from the U of A majoring in textiles and minoring in fashion merchandising.
Ever since I was little I had always had a passion for fashion so I thought I would pursue my dreams in that direction. Growing up I have done quite a bit of modelling but nothing too major. My favourite is being invited back to strut down the runway at WCFW every season!
My dream one day is to move to New York city to further pursue a career in fashion. I really enjoy the business side of the fashion industry and would love to be a Buyer one day....I think. Being out of school is way more confusing than being in school. Hard to make up my mind about what I really want to do for the rest of my life still! Anyways, upon completion of my undergraduate degree I completed a two month internship with a women's wear multiline showroom. It was fantastic! Such an awesome experience.
I love love love travelling! I have been to all parts of Europe and plan on going back to explore the places I have missed!
Starting a blog is a very difficult process in my mind! So many things to consider and the dedication that gets put into it is unbelievable! So, since I had a hard time narrowing down just exactly what my blog was going to be about (other than the focus of fashion) I've decided it is going to be a bit of everything. My style, what I like regarding trends, new products I have tried, random pictures, my thoughts, pictures of my boyfriend's new-found wardrobe since I have entered his life, and many many more! Also, since I am from Canada and it is known to get very very cold here, I do really want to focus a lot on showing others that you still can have a great outfit in this type of weather! And if your like me you are definitely not a snowboarder or skier so all clothing that more than half the people around you wear will never be seen in your closet. I want to explore clothing styles in this weather that are more than just ski jackets, Uggs, and sweatpants!
Please feel free to to leave comments as I greatly appreciate them!
I hope you enjoy!
